The flight in palette-clothing from Krakow to Venice was a very important experience for me, as this was the first time I could explore how the palette worked in a public space. Travel in the palette-clothing became an integral part of the work and was the first stage of the performance, paving the way for more research into how the painter’s palette behaves. I would stress that the walk down the streets of Venice in the old palette-clothing was the first such action in a city space.
